What does Alderline do first?

It maps where leads currently arrive, where they stall, and which recovery path should be wired first: missed calls, texts, web forms, or owner alerts.

Does this replace the team?

No. It is overflow coverage for moments when the owner or team is busy, after-hours, or in the field.

What if I need to step in?

Take over any conversation from the owner dashboard, reply yourself, then Release to AI when ready. If you forget to release, the AI resumes after 72 hours so the lead is not stuck in limbo.

What about phone calls?

Call screening and missed-call textback are included in the base price. Calls that need a human still ring you (press 1 to accept); missed ones get an instant text follow-up. When the customer replies, you get a push alert on your phone.
